Class Descriptions:

Krav Maga- Learn the basics of striking and situational awareness. This class is packed with effective self-defense skills that can help you react to a threat. Learn how to defend yourself from armed attackers, multiple attackers, chokes, and anything else life could throw your way!
Judo- In our system, it doesn't matter if you're an experienced martial artist or a complete beginner. We are helping people of all skill sets learn the art of Judo and have a great time in the process. Learn the tools of throws, takedowns, sweeps, and grappling.
BJJ- Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes focus on the fundamentals of takedowns, transitions, ground control, and submissions. We help you learn one step at a time and we give you the chance to train with complete confidence every step of the way. We teach you to use your opponent's size and strength against them.
Muay Thai- Learn how to generate power and speed with every limb of your body. Muay Thai is all defending against an opponent by using your fists, feet, knees, and elbows. This discipline requires total-body balance and coordination, which you will achieve while taking this class.
FireARMED®- This program is designed specifically for everyday men and women to gain a comfort level with firearms and defense strategies against an armed attacker. Our team is committed to helping you face life with complete confidence and we can't wait for you to get started. This program is dedicated to Concealed Carry Permit holders only.
Combo Nation- a 30 minute class filled with boxing and kickboxing combinations to get your sweat on and have some fun! Gloves required.
LocoMotivated- In this 30 minute class you will crazy train in various fight conditioning exercises to get you in fight ready shape!
Drills 4 Skills- Train various drills that will challenge you physically while improving skill sets for Krav and Sparring. 30 minutes class of sweat and fun.
12 Rounds- 2 min. Rounds of Sparring Sparring/Grappling for 12 Rounds. This class requires either previous class for warm up, or you must arrive 15 minutes early and warm up with body weight exercises, jump rope, etc. Must be Krav Orange Belt or higher and/or train consistently in Muay Thai and BJJ.
